1. Who we are
GladFox AI LLC ("GladFox," "we," "us") operates gladfox.ai and the demo hosted on it. Questions about this policy can be sent to hello@gladfox.ai.
2. Information we collect
When you browse the site
We don't run advertising or third-party analytics trackers on this site. The only cookie in play is a technical one your browser needs to hold open the live chat connection once you open the demo — it's strictly functional, not used to track you across other sites, and isn't set unless you open the demo.
When you email us
If you email hello@gladfox.ai, we receive whatever you choose to send — typically your email address, name, and the contents of your message. We use it only to respond to you.
When you use the live demo
The demo is a real, working instance of the GladFox product. Here's exactly what happens to what you type into it:
- Your message is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate a response. Anthropic processes it as a service provider to us and does not use it to train its models.
- The conversation itself is kept only in server memory, briefly. It's not written to a database. It's held for up to 30 minutes of inactivity so the demo can hold a coherent conversation, then it's gone.
- We log an anonymized record of each question — a general topic category and whether you thumbs-up/thumbs-down'd the answer — with no verbatim question or answer text attached. This is what lets us see which kinds of questions the demo handles well, without storing what anyone actually typed.
- Only if you open the demo's "Feedback" panel and submit it do we store anything else: your note, and — only if you separately check the box to include it — the full text of that conversation. Before either is stored, we automatically strip anything that looks like an email address, phone number, government ID number, credit card number, IP address, or time zone.
- The demo does not support file uploads and does not ask for your name, email, or any account information to use it.
3. Who we share information with

We don't sell personal information, and we don't share it for third-party advertising.
4. How long we keep things
- Live conversations: gone automatically after 30 minutes of inactivity — never persisted.
- Anonymized question/vote logs: kept indefinitely, since they contain no personal information to begin with.
- Feedback notes and opted-in transcripts: kept to improve the product; email us to request deletion.
- Emails to hello@gladfox.ai: kept as long as needed to handle the conversation.
5. Your choices
You can use the live demo without giving us any personal information at all. The only optional data you can choose to hand over is through the Feedback panel, which is entirely opt-in and clearly labeled before you submit anything. To ask what we hold about you, or to request deletion of a feedback submission, email hello@gladfox.ai.
6. Children's privacy
This site and demo are intended for a business audience and are not directed at children. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site or demo changes. The "Effective" date above reflects the most recent revision.
