These Terms govern your use of the GladFox website (gladfox.ai) and the live product demo available on it. They are separate from any services agreement between GladFox and a company that deploys GladFox for its own employees — that relationship is governed by its own signed contract, not by this page.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By visiting this website or using the live demo, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or the demo.

2. What this site is

This website describes GladFox, an AI assistant platform that companies deploy, under their own brand, for their employees. The "Try the live demo" widget on this site is a real, working instance of the product — not a scripted mockup — configured to answer questions about GladFox itself.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site or the demo to:

Submit unlawful, abusive, or harmful content;
Attempt to probe, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the systems behind the site or the demo;
Submit another person's personal or sensitive information;
Use automated means to scrape, flood, or overload the demo or the site.

We may restrict or terminate access to the demo for anyone who violates these rules.

4. The demo is illustrative, not advice

The live demo is a real AI system, and like any AI system it can produce answers that are incomplete, out of date, or wrong. Responses from the demo are provided for illustration only. Don't rely on them for legal, financial, medical, or other decisions, and don't treat anything the demo tells you as a binding statement by GladFox.

5. Intellectual property

The GladFox name, logo, and the content of this site are owned by GladFox AI LLC (or its licensors) and may not be copied, reproduced, or used to imply an affiliation without permission.

6. Third-party services

The demo is powered in part by Anthropic's Claude models and is hosted on Microsoft Azure. Your use of the demo is also subject to those providers' own acceptable-use policies. See our Privacy Policy for how information you send to the demo is handled.

7. No warranty; limitation of liability

This site and the demo are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GladFox AI LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the demo.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
