A few things before end of week
9:14 AM

Morning — three things, hoping you can help me out:

1. Customer service keeps giving customers different answers about how long refunds take. Can you find out what our actual policy says so we're all saying the same thing?

2. We've had a handful of customers this month say their raw denim shrunk in the wash and they're demanding warranty replacements. Remind me exactly how our warranty handles that before I respond to them.

3. Before we lock the fall wholesale allocation, I want a shortlist of accounts worth a cross-sell push — who's already carrying the raw selvedge jeans but never picked up the matching trucker jacket.

Thanks

— Bob

1This is you, at your desk, reading an email from your manager.
2You don't have an immediate answer — and you don't remember where to look them up.
3That's your GladFox-powered agent, sitting in the browser toolbar above. Click the fox icon and try asking one of the questions below.

Try asking:

  1. "Customers are getting different answers about how long refunds take — what does our policy actually say?"
  2. "We've had several customers this month say their raw denim shrunk and want a warranty replacement — does our warranty actually cover that, or is that wear and tear?"
  3. "Which wholesale accounts have ordered our raw selvedge jeans but never ordered the matching trucker jacket? I want to reach out before we lock the fall allocation."
  4. "Help" (then ask your own question)
